Getting Started: 

1. To begin an application, click the 'Submit' button below.
2. Sign in, or make an account with Submittable and log-in.
3. Complete the 'Eligibility Form'
4. Complete the 'Application Form' 

*Click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen to save your progress while working on the application.

Instructions: 

Applicants are encouraged to attend a virtual grant application training webinar January 5, 2026, 3:00-4:00 p.m. MST. Click here for the virtual training link. Participants will learn about the funding opportunity, eligibility requirements, application timelines, and tips for submitting a successful proposal.

For more information on the Graduate Medical Education grant, how to apply, and how to attend the January 5th webinar, see the Primary Care Council web-page. All application sections must be submitted by February 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MST in order to be considered.
